Data collection: The only data we collect directly from users are responses to check-ins. Check-ins include self-reported, short assessments of a user’s mood and wellbeing. Weather, news sentiment, and other environmental measures of wellbeing are included automatically in the app. Everything else (such as mobile device, calendar, wearable data, etc) is collected externally and authenticated by users; users can explicitly opt-in to share it with us via connections and permissions in the app.
